These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the sweetch AI platform operated by CoreTrek GmbH. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using sweetch AI, you:
- Confirm you are at least 16 years old
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- Represent that all information provided is accurate
- Agree to receive service-related communications
Service Description
sweetch AI provides:
- Access to AI-generated music streaming
- Personalized radio experiences
- Playlist creation and management
- Multi-device support (based on subscription tier)
- AI news segments integrated into radio streams
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and complete information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
Subscription & Payment
Trial Period
- 3-day free trial with full access to premium features
- No credit card required for trial
- Trial automatically ends after 3 days
- One trial per user
Premium Subscription
- $9.00 USD per month (or local currency equivalent)
- Unlimited music streaming
- Ad-free experience
- One concurrent device session included
- Billed monthly, automatically renewed
Shop Licenses
- Additional concurrent device sessions for businesses
- $6.00 USD per month per additional device
- Ideal for restaurants, cafes, retail stores, offices
- Each shop license adds one more concurrent session
Payment Processing:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until the end of your paid period
- No automatic refund upon cancellation
Refund Policy
Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or billing errors. Contact us at hello@sweetch.app for refund requests.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Attempt to circumvent device/session limits
- Download, copy, or distribute content without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Interfere with the service's operation or security
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Impersonate others or provide false information
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
Content Ownership: All music content on sweetch AI is generated through licensed AI tools (primarily Suno AI) and is subject to their respective licensing terms. The content is royalty-free for streaming purposes within our platform.
Platform Ownership: The sweetch AI platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by CoreTrek GmbH and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal or business use (based on your subscription).
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
- Accuracy or completeness of content
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORETREK GMBH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Interruption or cessation of the service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
